Thailand STEM project

During our project week, we have the Thailand STEM Project. FIS students visited the Robotics Institute at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) to have an in-depth conversation with local students. In addition, FIS students also explore the Thymio Robot designed by Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), ranked 36th on the QS World University Rankings of 2024.

The School of Computer and Communication Sciences at EPFL is one of Europe’s leading education and research centres in the field of computing. During this STEM project, students were provided with specialised computer and programming training and, upon completion of the training, some of them completed their projects on their own and received certificates of achievements.
