What’s My Colour?

What’s My Colour?

Two thursdays ago, teachers from all subject departments gathered for an insightful and engaging bonding session. The centerpiece of the event was an interactive activity called “What’s My Colour?”, facilitated by our Activities Coordinator, Mr. Or Chee Meng. This activity was designed to help teachers better understand each other’s thinking preferences and improve their interactions.

During the session, participants identified their own and others’ preferred thinking styles—Red for social thinking, Blue for analytical thinking, Green for structural thinking, and Yellow for conceptual thinking. By recognizing these diverse approaches, teachers were able to strengthen their work relationships and foster a more collaborative environment. Overall, the activity deepened our appreciation of the various thinking styles within our team.
