What makes a great leader? John Maxwell once said that ‘Leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less.’ Leadership is being able to listen and to take responsibility; one must always be willing to learn from others’ experiences and show good delegation.

Give your best efforts and learn all you can, students. Leadership and learning are inseparable, and always remember that the only limits in your life come from the ones that you set for yourself.
