Last week, our students participated in an online session with professors from the University of Warwick during which they were introduced to the benefits of studying chemistry at Warwick, gaining insights into the university’s teaching and learning styles, as well as learning about a typical day in the life of a Warwick chemistry student. The session also covered employability, highlighting how the university helps students secure careers through industry placements and research opportunities.

Plus, a special lecture on medical diagnostics for snake envenomation was delivered. This demonstrated how powerful chemistry can be used to drive global change and how chemistry students can aspire to be researchers in the driving seats, steering that change.
