1. EduTrust-certified Private Education Institutions (PEIs) are required to adopt the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) to provide protection for all fees paid by their students.

• Protects students’ course fees
• Protects students in the event that the school fails to pay penalties or return fees arising from a judgment made against it by a Singapore court
